Shipping policy
Sales Taxes
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Shipping & Deliveries
T&C's apply to all shipping and deliveries. Any cut-to-length orders require 24 hours notice prior to dispatch. Next-Day delivery to Sydney Metro applies to any orders made before 11am the day before.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 7* business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipments to regional areas may require additional transit time.
Standard Delivery Fee: $200
This flat rate applies to most metropolitan deliveries. However, please note the following:
- Freight charges for remote and regional areas are assessed individually.
- If freight costs exceed $200, we will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm and discuss options.
- You are welcome to nominate a freight forwarder or share delivery costs with us.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Please note this will incur a 15% restocking fee. Please also note there are no returns on clearance or specials items
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
